condition of primary education in the state of bihar

i belong to champaran district in bihar, where condition of primary education is very poor.people of this area are very innocent and orthodox,they dont have strong will to send their children to school i started night school on my own ititative .but, parents are very reluctant to send their children in that night school even.i feel very bad about the condition of education in this area.so i have started a voluntary organisation named better life mission .i wish some people to guide me in this field .
